The new Law N. 146(I)/2006 passed by the House of Representatives on the 17th November 2006 provides for the Establishment, Registration, Operation and Supervision of the Funds for Occupational Retirement Provisions. The Law adopts the European Directive 41/2003. The EU considers the occupational security funds as the solution to the problems arising from the social security system.
