a. The Secretariat of the Management Committee is responsible for the establishment and adoption of the “policies concerning the required dispersion of assets and the required relationship between risk and profit in respect of the assets which are in the jurisdiction of the Management Committee". The Secretariat’s responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following obligations:
To study and suggest to the Management Committee:

• Policies
• Dispersion
• Products

b. To bind the Fund by ensuring the signatures of its four members.

c. To examine all matters related to the Fund and suggest solutions to the Management Committee.
