To provide emoluments upon the retirement of the Members or other allowances to the members of the Fund or to their families in accordance with the present regulations. For the materialization of these purposes, the Fund shall accept contributions, donations, levies, bequests and other deposits and it shall carry out financial or / and other deeds.
